Technical ceramics - from prototypes in small quantities to series production, we manufacture components from all 3 ceramic subgroups. In addition to custom-made products, we have semi-finished products such as plates, rods, bars and tubes in different dimensions in stock and can therefore respond quickly to customer requests.

Aluminum oxide Al2O3 is the most common technical ceramic. The degree of purity of aluminum oxide varies and can be adjusted depending on the requirement profile. The most commonly used purities are between 95% and 99.9%.

Due to the excellent electrical insulation of Al2O3 ceramics, this electrically insulating material is often used in electrical components.

In addition to the high compressive strength, which is between 2000 and 4000 N/mm2, aluminum oxide has a high hardness of up to 19 GPa.

Depending on the manufacturing process, purity and stress during operation, Al2O3 can be stressed between 1000 and 1800°C. From a temperature of 1700°C, porous Al2O3 ceramic is used to extend the service life of the components.

By using different manufacturing processes, we are able to respond quickly and easily to the wishes of our customers.
