We supply Invar 36 / 1.3912 raw material, semi-finished products and offer CNC machining from small quantities to series production.

Invar 36 is also known as Nilo alloy 36, Permalloy, Vacodil 36, has the material number 1.3912 and is subject to the American standard ASTM B753. Invar is a nickel-iron alloy with 36% nickel (remainder iron). The advantage of Invar is that it has a very low expansion at temperatures from -100°C to 200°C, which is only one tenth of that of conventional steel. Invar is therefore primarily used in areas in which expansion when heat is introduced is undesirable. Alloy 36, Vacodil is often used in laser technology, high-precision technology, aerospace and measuring devices.

By combining Invar 36 with a highly expanding material, a thermomechanical control switch can also be realized through the different movements.

Invar is a tough material but can be milled and turned with the right tools and experience. We would be happy to take over the CNC processing of Invar 1.3912 for your individual components.

We will be happy to provide you with other shapes and products made of Invar 1.3912 and other iron-nickel alloys on request.

We supply you with semi-finished products made of Invar 36 for your in-house production, but we also take on the CNC production of your components. Invar is a tough material and the processing of fine contours and compliance with tolerance accuracy requires the appropriate know-how.

In addition to processing Invar 1.3912 / Nilo Alloy 36 / Vacodil, we also offer semi-finished products such as bars and rods from stock. The rods are mostly installed unprocessed by our customers, but they are often further processed.

Invar rods and poles are available in different dimensions. We also manufacture special dimensions according to customer requirements and ship them worldwide.

Kovar sheets and foils are available in different thicknesses, widths and lengths. We also manufacture special dimensions according to customer requirements and ship them for you worldwide.

In addition to processing Invar 1.3912, we also offer semi-finished products such as Invar wire. Our customers mostly use the wire in its raw state, but it is also frequently processed further by bending or rolling. Invar wires are available in different diameters. We manufacture special dimensions with special tolerances according to your wishes.
