Depending on the required properties of the final component and the area of application, we are able to optimize the grain size, type and amount of binder individually according to your wishes.

We mainly use tungsten carbide as the carbide, the grain size of which ranges up to ultra-fine grains. The grain size and the proportion of binder have a significant influence on the properties of the carbide. We use cobalt or nickel binders, depending on the corrosion resistance that the carbide should have.
